Shipping Policy

This policy explains the delivery options available when you order from Spare Wheel City. It matches the delivery choices shown on our product pages and at checkout.

Free Delivery on Orders

Standard delivery is offered as Free Delivery on Orders for qualifying UK mainland orders. Free standard delivery is not next-day delivery. Delivery times vary by location, stock availability and carrier.

Express Delivery – £7.50

You can choose Express Delivery – £7.50 as an optional upgrade at checkout. This charge applies only when Express Delivery is selected. It is not applied to Free Delivery on Orders.

Dispatch

In-stock items are prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible during business days. Exact arrival dates depend on the delivery option you choose and your location.

Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take longer and may not qualify for free standard delivery.

Carriers

Orders are usually delivered by trusted UK carriers such as DPD, Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
